    3. Note that the Kewanee history web-site gives 1924 as the date of annexation. I don't know which is right. The Polson book, CORN, COMMERCE, AND COUNTRY LIVING was published in 1968 by the Henry County Board of Supervisors, written by a series of unidentified authors and edited by Terry Ellen Polson. I found my copy at a Galesburg, IL bookseller by using an internet used-book search. Bibliofind http://www.bibliofind.com/ currently lists 4 copies Neil Wolf ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, April 10, 2001 9:58 PM Subject: Re: [ILHENRY-L] Kewanee/Wethersfield > In a message dated 4/10/01 7:24:02 PM Eastern Daylight Time, > [email protected] writes: > > << > > Richard: According to Terry Polson's book, CORN, COMMERCE, AND COUNTRY > LIVING, " In 1921 Wethersfield was annexed to the city of Kewanee".
