Ms. Rott, What kind of look-up volunteers are you looking for? I am orginally from Henry County, but no longer live there. I have been doing transcribing and proofreading for the US Census Project, but haven't had much lately. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help DeAnna Bryner-Jones ----- Original Message ----- From: "Susie Martin-Rott" <rootboun@tampabay.rr.com> To: <ILHENRY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, February 11, 2003 9:48 PM Subject: [ILHENRY-L] The list and the website are NOT the same thing.... > --=======44A22B07======= > Content-Type: text/plain; x-avg-checked=avg-ok-5AF45E4D; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed > Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit > > I'm going to assume that since only a handful of people have bothered to > contact me regarding the update to the Henry Co ILGenWeb Project site that > I could have just skipped this three weeks of work and been doing something > else.....like my own genealogy maybe?? > > I asked for people to submit their bios, obits, photos, etc. while I was > doing the update--you know how many I got? I'm not sure I understand what kind of volunteers you are looking for. I have lived in Henry county for most of my life. If I knew what areas you were lacking volunteers in, I would gladly help out in any way that I could. I do check the website about once a week, but I only found it a couple of weeks ago.
