When listing the items I find on eBay, to avoid any potential issues, I am not mentioning eBay in the subject line, nor am I listing auction #, price, contact emails etc. I am just going to list the title of the item and a description and the names mentioned. And most of all I am not posting any links to the item. Furthermore, I am not going to personally or have anyone else post genealogical merchandise for me. I am not going to list anything posted by someone I might know (unless they are someone from our mailing list and I happen to see it) I think that the items are of too much importance not to list, but I want to make sure everyone knows I am in noway profiting nor benefitting from the items. Also if I do find something I am going to bid on myself, I am not going to list that item to avoid any potential conflict. It is very easy to search for items on eBay so I think by the description people should be able to locate them. I think that if I follow the above it should avoid issues and also be acceptable to the majority of the list. best wishes to all... Stephen
