Steven, I am searching for ancestors of Matilda Peterson(my ggrandmother). She married Willliam Titus Stanley,Jr. in 1890. She was also born in Sweden but I don't know what city. Only one Powers listed on the 1860 census, he is Wm. H. w/ wife Cath. from New York. No S.C. Cox on the 1860, several Cox families, none in Oxford, and the only one w/ first initial "S" is Samuel, a minor child. Sorry it could not be more, hope it helps. Kim

Kathryn, Try the courthouse in Cambridge, Henry County, Illinois. If they don't have it then try WIU(Western Illinois University)in Macomb, Illinois. They have the IRAD records and they have a lot of them. I can give you a website that will list all the Illinois IRAD Depositories.
