Hi All: I am doing a Christmas program on early Mormon Pioneers and was wondering how wide the Mississippi is where the Saints crossed over from Missouri after the expulsion order. The crossings took place in 1838/1839 when they crossed over into Quincy, Illinois. Thanks, Donna in SO. CA
