A. Munson has just received word from his brother of Artesia, California, of the death of his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Victor Munson of Long Beach. Mrs. Munson suffered a stroke of paralysis recently and passed away on Tuesday, July 14. She was formerly Miss Jennie Roberts of near Plymouth. She is survived by her husband and three daughters, Mrs. Ralph Edison of South Gate, Calif., Mary, aged 13, and Maxine, aged 11, at home. Interment at Long Beach. Two months ago Mr. Munson suffered the misfortune of falling forty-five feet from a scaffold to a cement floor, severely injuring his back. He has been in a brace in Long Beach ever since. Carthage friends are so sorry to hear of this double misfortune and The Republican wishes to extend sincere sympathies to the family in their bereavement.
