I have an individual who had a child out of wedlock, was pregnant with another child when she married a man (Non bio to either children) This man adopted both children. How dip I add the fist child? Do I have his birth given name on given section and add note that he was adopted by this man? and the second child was born after marriage so pretty sure its surname is same as the mans. Later on in the years they had more kids. one of these children changed their name as an adult. Do I put the changed name under the given name or do I put the birth given name and than under notes the new changed name? Thanks
