Linda, You would be better off to write the Historical Society. They will look it up for $10.00 and mail it to you. They are really good about helping. I wrote the library in Carthage two years ago for and obit and still haven't heard from them. Have been in there a few times several years ago and they are not a bit friendly. Good Luck.
