On May 1, 2000 I sent a query about a Charles E. KINCHELOE who supposedly died in Hancock County, IL. He was married to Nrcissus STOUT. I have never heard from anyone about this couple. Now I see from the Ill. marriage index that there was a William J. KINCHELOE who married Emeline MARCKLEE in Hancock County on February 23, 1865 (Vol. 4, page 16, License 1805. Do these people connect with anyone also searching Hancock County? Any help would be appreciated. Arlene Bogardus
