Amber, Tell me about your Gibsons. I descend from David Gibson, b 1813-1815 in Ohio. He married Catharine M. Lee in Hancock County in 1840. All of their children were born there: Martha Jane b 1840, George L b 1843, Horatio b 1847 (my great grandfather), Ely b 1850 and Asher(?) b 1855. They are in Hancock for the 1850 and 1860 census that I know of for sure but then they disappear. Horatio shows up in Neosho County, KS in the 1880 census. Does any of this fit?
