Edgecomb died Aug. 16 at the home of her father, W. H. Boston, aged 43 years. She was born in Harmony township, moving to Carthage in 1900 and in 1902 becoming the wife of James Edgecomb. Six children came to them, Opal, Harry, Edith, Hazel, Ruth and William, who survived with the father. Her parents, two sisters, Mrs. Ella Burns and Mrs. Clark Davis, and four brothers, Joseph, Marvin, Ray and Charles also survived. She was deeply mourned by her family.
