The Carthage Republican Carthage, Illinois Thursday January 20, 1955 Page 12 Column 6 - -------------------------------- Mrs. Ida Patterson Funeral at LaHarpe Held Thursday Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Patterson, 79, of the La Crosse vicinity were held Thursday at 1 p. m. in the Banks funeral home in La Harpe. Rev. A. G. Vail conducted the services and interment was in Moss Ridge cemetery in Carthage. Mrs. Patterson died Tuesday Jan. 18, in Mary Davier hospital in La Harpe following a stroke suffered two weeks previously in her home. She was born in Hopkinsville, Ky., March 13, 1875, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lafayette Woodburn. She was a member of the La Crosse Christian church. She first married Albert Grace, father of her two children, and after his death, married Bishop Patterson, who is deceased. Surviving are two children, Leslie Grace of Carthage and Mrs. Jesse Welch of La Harpe; four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
