March 20, 1821 in Germany; arrived in Baltimore, MD 1839; married Anna ? Feb 11, 1851; moved to Keokuk, Lee County, IA in 1854. While in Iowa, engaged in the clothing business with brother Gabriel Weber. After the Civil War moved back to Hancock County, IL, where he died in 1901. The children of John and Anna Weber were: John G., Cecelia, Ambrose, Anna, and Michael Courtney (adopted by the Webers). Any information would be greatly appreciated.
