Her parents were allegedly William WOOLMS and Priscilla Ann PHELPS. Grace married my grandfather Charles B. Slocum in Hannibal, Marion County MO on September 19, 1903 and they resided most of the rest of their lives in Adams County IL. Unable to locate any information on William WOOLMS or Priscilla Ann PHELPS in Adams County and was hopeful someone in Hancock County might have some information on the WOOLMS and/or PHELPS.
