Good Day to the List Members, I am interested in obtaining information on the surnames SMART, ESTEP and VANCE. GG Grandfather Josiah H. SMART married Eliza Ann ESTEP, 18 Feb 1846 in Hancock Co. IL. Eliza Ann's name could have been Eliza Ann (VANCE) ESTEP. Josiah H. SMART was the son of Thomas SMART and Ruth HUDDLESTON born ca1802 in KY.
