In the book"Pioneers of the Prairie" page 250 it says: BRWON GEORGE W. - Born 1840, died 1881. His wife Martha E., was born 1848, she died 1913. I do not know that this is correct I only copied what it says. Hope it helps you. Sally in southern Oregon
