One was located in Rocky Run, and the other in St. Albans. However, no "B.F." or any first name starting with "B" appears on the census. He would have been born in 1847 and that turned out to be no help either. A Jessie Weaver was born in 1846, but that's reaching. Too bad he didn't die a year later.
