Ray, Thank you for your words of encouragement, and the information you shared from the census. I hadn't thought of checking that. Your message reminded me to check the names of members of the Old Brick church, and I did find that a William N. Weaver joined in August 1866. I don't know the dates of his birth or death, but it may be that he was related to the B. F. Weaver whose stone I found. The death records in the courthouse begin later than 1869, so I know that will not help. Another thing to check is the card file at the Historical Society, to see if there is anything on William N. Weaver, or B. F. Weaver.
