The URL that was given below was for an almshouse in Carthage, Missouri. I am unaware of any records for the former poorfarm west of Carthage, Illinois, but I could be mistaken (however in my numerous summers spent in the circuit clerk's and recorder's office I don't remember coming across them). IRAD does not have them. Someone at the Historical Society might be aware of them.
