Send the funds to P. O. Box 68, Carthage IL 62321. Additional info can be had by calling the historical society at 217-357-0043. I'm surprised that they can get by with only $5. for the size of the publication but perhaps it is because it is a book. As with anyone who is writing "history", I have found an error about one who is a remote part of my family but only the sequence of her marriages and then another in the family that they just indicated it was a "her" without a name. But there is a lot of very good info in the many pages of the book and worth the price, esp. as the years go by! How I wish I had a copy of the Hobart bio book which was done many years ago. > >
