Hi!!Shawnnee: From Beverly Whitehead You assisted me in finding My C.W. Browning first name Christopher. Have been able to locate his Father Absolom b. VA. and Mother Nancy Davis Browning b. 1805 VA> and a record of her family showing that she died in Hancock Co.IL> Aft 1860. I am assuming that both Absolom and Nancy Browning are buried there together. He was a Revolutionary War Soldier. I have all of their children born in Adair, KY.1820 through 1838 They did have one child named Absolom S. Browning b. 1832 KY. I will assume that they came to Hancock Co.,IL. sometime aft. the birth of the last child in KY. 1838. My Christopher C>W> was married there in 1845 ( source Susan T. Brownings Obit.) I will have his (Absolom's Sr.) pension records and other reords I have ordered.. and hope they will tell where he is buried. I have no notes in the information I have found to date as to where he is buried..just the one entry for Nancy Davis Browning. I will send any info on name of Cemetery I find to you ..
