The patches I've seen on e-bay show: (1) the courthouse, part of the U.S. flag and a waterfall or river flowing over a dam (multi-colored), or (2) the State of Illinois seal with the words "Sheriff" above the seal and "Hancock County" below in what looks like tan and brown. (Patch #2 is currently not on e-bay anymore.) I will try to get a copy of the article for you. This Chicago Tribune magaine is an unusual size and this article is larger than 8 1/2 x 11, so copying it will be interesting to say the least. Thank you again! Don (sgtdb)
