I'm looking for a shoulder patch of the above Sheriff's Department. A current one would be nice. I am VERY interested in getting the patch worn by their agency between 1966 - 1970 when Jamie Rhea was Sheriff. Letters to the current Sheriff have received no response. Also any information on former Sheriff Rhea and the two gentlemen who were his deputies during this time period would be appreciated. Hancock Co. S/O was profiled in an article in the Chicago Tribune magazine on November 1, 1970 entitled "Hello Sheriff? Someone stole my tractor radio. Tractor too."
