It was $10 when I was there about two weeks ago in person....and the staff are extremely helpful. One was my 1st grade Sunday School teacher, but that's been a while ago ;-) Michael > If you still want a copy, all you have to do is call the County Clerk's office in Carthage, IL. Cost the last time I think it was $15. There are no restrictions on locating a death certificate.
