All I know about this family is a Sarah Ross married Moses True Dyer in Hancock County in 1847. I have that gut feeling that this is the missing daughter of Wm and Martha Ross. Sarah and Moses and a daughter Lauretta emigrated to Oregon in 1852 and settled in Douglas County. They had 5 children and when the youngest was 3 months old Sarah died. I have been to the cemetery where she is buried and found her tombstone. Later this evening I will type to you what I have on the guardianship extraction I found in Douglas County Oregon.
