None of my 1870's have had the parents listed. Most of mine showing the parents have been in the 1890's. Now then on ordering these death certificates you can also call IRAD in Macomb and order them for $1.00. The number is 309-298-2716 and usually they get them right out in the mail but it has to be listed on the State Archives showing they have it and you need all the numbers listed. Mine I have gotten from the County clerk are better quality since IRADS are from Mico-film and may not be as clear. Some I have gotten you can hardley read them. Roberta Summers
