He had been in failing health for a year with leukemia. He was the son of Asa and Alice Kimbrough who lived south east of Carthage. He was a tree surgeon and did landscaping. He leaves to mourn his death, his wife, and three children, his mother of Prather, California, four sisters and one brother.
