Hello Judy, My mom obtained these records from IRAD (I think it stands for Illinois Regional Archives Depository) at Western Illinois University. The address is: Illinois Regional Archives Despository University Library Western Illinois University Macomb Ill. 61455 Provide the full names of person/s you are looking for; the approximate year when the person/s are to appear in the records; the county in which you want the records searched; and the record titles to be searched. The fees of the the research are free but you will have to pay for photocopies and they won't go over $5 per request. I can't say enough of these people who have helped us there.
