    3. Seeking information on Jeanette E. HARDY born Sept. 28, 1866 in Carthage, Hancock Co. IL. She was believed to be the daughter of Rufus Henry and Amanda McCOY HARDY. Jeanette married Dr. William Thaddeus ROGERS (doctor of dentistry) at Carthage abt. 1919. They lived in Granite City, Madison Co., IL. for abt. 30 years until Dr. ROGERS became ill and returned to his home of Quincy, Adams Co. IL. where he died Jan 11, 1937 at the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Nellie SILNEY. Jeanette died Aug. 6, 1956 in Quincy. It is possible Jeanette is believed to have the following HARDY siblings: Edward M. born abt. 1862, Charles K. born abt. 1864, Rufus K. born abt. 1869. Rufus Henry and Amanda McCOY HARDY married in Brown Co IL. Apr. 26, 1861. Thank you for your time. Judi

Of the family names you mentioned, are the ROGERS and the McCOYS from Mercer/Lawrence counties, PA and are they related with MAXWELLs?     3. And Amanda Crabb McCoy married Levi Fielding on 1-14-1855 in Brown Co., IL. So is her maiden name Crabb or McCoy?
