I found a Julia Ann Starkey married to a Simon Phillips 3-2-1854 in Hancock County. The 1860 census shows Simon and Julia A. Phillips with two children Mary 5 and Sarah 2. Could not find them on the 1870 census, found a Simon 51 and a Pulina (spelling could be wrong) 42 on the 1880 census with a son William 12. I find a Simon Phillips in 1900 age 71 & 1910 age 81 living with his daughter Mary and her husband Cyrus Eaton in LaHarpe he was a widower. Could someone check cemetery records for his death date and lookup a obituary? Thank you.
