A few years ago, while researching in Hamilton County, the staff members would not let me make a copy of the Marriage Indexes for the McMahan Family. They did not care if I copied the index (using a pencil), but I could not make use the copy machine to do it. I would recommend that you have someone copy the land record index for you and pull the records you need. Darlene
