I was told by older relatives that Blue Heaven, a building about two miles west of McL on Route 14, had been a bootlegging joint. Does anyone know if this is true, and if so, who ran the place? Was it connected to the Sheltons or Bergers? I remember when Clifford Means was murdered in the 60's north of McL that some said this was connected to the Sheltons. Does anyone else have verification of these memories? Tom James
