    3. 1.. The basic Numident Query Response printout contains the following information: 2.. 1.. ROUTING AND CONTROL DATA: MSG: A SSADARS message reference number. DTE: Date the message is being transmitted. NUMI: Indicates message refers to a Numident query case. SSN: Social Security number contained in input request. XC: Multiple SSN and/or correspondence indicator (X=Multiple SSN; C=correspondence; B=Both, optional). ID: Requester"s identification information (optional). UN: Requester"s unit number (optional). PG: Page number indicator for each response. A plus (+) sign after the page indicates that record continues on subsequent pages. 3.. ACCOUNT: SSN: Social Security Number. ETC: Entry Code - Type of record established. (O=Original SSN; 2=Duplicate SSN; L=Life Claim; D=Death Claim; G=Generated Record; Q=Correspondence. If any other entry appears, see RM 00205.020.E.3. for explanation.) RFN: An 11-digit record control number. ETS: Entry Subcode - indicates that data were obtained from one of these four files: X=Multiple SSN File; M=MBR; E=MEF; J=Emergency SSN Issuance DOC: District Office Code. IDN: Evidence (ID) Code. 4.. NAME: NAA: Name on line 1 of Numident record. NL2: Name on last previously issued SSN card, name at birth or other name used, prioritized in that order. NL3: Same as NL2 above, a continuation of the priority order. NAL: Line 1 last name (correspondence records only). 5.. BIRTH: DOB: Date of birth. PDB: Prior date of birth. PLB: Place of birth. (City and State or foreign country.) FCI: Foreign country indicator (Will be displayed as an asterisk.) SEX: M, F or U are the possible entries. ETB: Race/Ethnic information. (0 = Unknown; 1= White; 2 = Negro or Black; 3 = Other; 4 = Asian; 5 = Hispanic; 6 = Northern American Indian or Alaskan Native.) CSP: Citizenship Code. (A=U.S. Citizen; B=Alien allowed to work; C=Alien not allowed to work; D=Other: Alien not fitting category B. or C.) 6.. PARENT: MNA: Mother"s name at birth. FNA: Father"s name. 7.. INTERNAL: CLD: Claim date. (Shown only if individual was in claim status prior to 1972.) DOA: DO address. (Address of field office that processed the claims request.) DFI: Disability Freeze Indicator - Indicates Pre-1973 disability status. (1=Disability established; 2=Disability denied; 3=Disability terminated.) DOD: Date of Death. (Date of death of claimant prior to 1972.) DOO: Date of Onset. (Date disability was established prior to 1973.) DSY: Destruction year. (Year correspondence will be destroyed.) FWI: FICA waiver indicator. (Indicates type of form used by individuals to request waiver of participation in the Federal Insurance Contribution Act (FICA): B=form 2031; C=form 4029; H=form 4361.) RTI: Retention indicator. (P=correspondence will be permanently filed.) CYD: Cycle date. (The date the SSN record was established or corrected.) 8.. In cases where Numident contains death data that were added to an SSN record beginning in 1988 a separate death record will have been created for the SSN. Therefore, a date of death may appear twice on a Numident Query Response. (See D.6). 9.. Death data was obtained from State and local governments (Death Control Records), other various sources and from the Volume Death Master (VDMASTER) file SSA currently houses. 10..
