Can anyone tell me the whereabouts of an area called "Skillet Bowl Bottom"? My grandmother referred to this as the area her Jordan grandparents came from. Presumably this is in northwestern Hamilton or southeastern Jefferson County. Not an auspicious-sounding place, at least from the name. I have heard they lived in an area so low that it flooded occasionally and they had to leave the house for awhile each time.
