Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Woodrow announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Marie Woodrow, to Cole Steven Steffen, son of Steve and Julie Steffen of Effingham. The future bride is a 2010 graduate of Lipscomb University and is currently employed at SSM Home Care & Hospice of Illinois at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan hospital in Mt. Vernon. The future groom is a 2008 graduate of Lakeland College and is currently employed at Steffen Heating & Air in Effingham. A June 2012 wedding is planned; the couple will live in Effingham.
