Mr. and Mrs. William Stanley Mizell of Middleburg, Fla., along with Billy Harl Jr. and Mrs. Tammy L. Rose of Springerton, announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Meghan Alyssa Mizell to Brian Christopher Harl. Meghan is currently a senior at the University of North Florida majoring in vocal performance. Brian is currently serving active duty in the U.S. Navy at Patrol Squadron 5 in Jacksonville, Fla., where he is currently the tactics and intelligence department supervisor. Their wedding will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Sycamore Manner in Orange Park, Fla., with honeymoon to follow at the British Virgin Islands
