Betty L. Ingram, 80, of McLeansboro, passed away at 5:30 a.m. Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro. She was born Sept. 8, 1931, in Hamilton County, to Elmer and Freda Mae (Thomas) Henderson. She married Lee Ingram on June 10, 1949, and he preceded her in death on May 13, 1990. She was retired from the housekeeping department at Hamilton Memorial Nursing Center in McLeansboro. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Bedar and husband Ross of Elkville and Judy Pfeaster and husband Marlin of Dowell; a sister, Patsy Turner and husband Charles of McLeansboro; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including a very special niece, Tammy. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Ten Mile Cemetery near McLeansboro with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating.
