Published: July 15, 2009 12:07 pm, McLeansboro Times-Leader Donald Eugene Biggerstaff Donald Eugene Biggerstaff, 73, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2009, at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, Mo. He was born Jan. 29, 1936, the son of Woodrow and Marjorie Biggerstaff of McLeansboro, who preceded him in death. Donald E. Biggerstaff is the father of Donald, Darrell, Ruthie and Becky and a grandfather and great-grandfather. He is the brother of Bud, David and Randy Biggerstaff, Betty Wolz and Susie Pennington. He was a Korean War veteran and a retired Teamster. Per Donald's wishes, he will be cremated. A graveside service at Mt. Olivet Church, near McLeansboro, will be held at a later date.
