Celso is the son of Paula Sue Strantz and Celso Ramirez of McLeansboro. He has two siblings, Abbigail and Mia. Maternal grandparents are Sue Sullivan and Paul Strantz of McLeansboro. Paternal grandparents are Lisa Esparza of O'Fallon and Teddy Ramirez of Maryville.
