Nicole Hargett and Bill Bonan II of Benton announce their engagement and upcoming nuptials. Nicole is the daughter of Mary and the late Bill Hargett of Benton. She is a graduate of Benton Consolidated High School and McKendree College, with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and sociology. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling at Southern Illinois University. Bill is the son of William and Susan Bonan of McLeansboro. He is a graduate of McLeansboro High School and Southern Illinois University-Carbondale with a bachelor's degree. He is the southern district president at Peoples National Bank.
