Lee and Charlene (Frey) Rubenacker will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary Nov. 24. Lee is the son of Tony Rubenacker and Carrie (Frey) Rubenacker. Charlene is the daughter of Joseph Frey and Olivia (Kaufman) Frey. Charlene and Lee were married Nov. 24, 1949, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Piopolis by Father Eckerman. Bridesmaids were Betty (Bassinger) Rubenacker and Carolyn (Aydt) Bowling. Grooms-men were Robert Rubenacker and Clarence Kaufman. Lee and Charlene have two sons, Roger Rubenacker of Belle Prairie and Alan and wife Jackie (Karcher) Rubenacker, and three grandchildren, Devin, Dana and Dani Rubenacker, all of Dahlgren.
