Camden is the son of Kimberly Leigh Litton and Shawn Michael Smithpeters of McLeansboro. He has two siblings, Bryar and Jaleigh. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Diana Litton of Carmi. Paternal grandparents are Mike and Robin Smithpeters and Bill and Denita Reed of McLeansboro.
