Bradford Bailey Marie Bradford was born at 7:57 p.m. July 27, 2009, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. She weighed 9 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long. Bailey is the daughter of Latricia Lynn and Ryan Michael Bradford of West Frankfort. She has two siblings, Ivory and Mya. Maternal grandparents are Mildred Ingram and Butch Ingram of McLeansboro. Paternal grandparents are the late Jackie D. Bradford and Brad and Leslie Thackrey of Mt. Vernon.
