Terry Gay, 58, of Dahlgren, passed away at 7:35 a.m. at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.He was born in Mt. Vernon on Dec. 1, 1950, a son of Rosier and Ruby Nell (Mallory) Gay. He married Lawana Warren, and she survives. He was a truck driver.Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight at Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren. Memorial service and burial will be held at a later date under the direction of Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.In addition to his wife, Terry is survived by two sons, Terry Gay Jr. and wife Chong of Dahlgren and Jacob Gay of Dahlgren; daughters, Tammy Artman and fiancé David Wilson of Dahlgren, Amy Owen and husband Jeremy of McLeansboro and Jordan Gay of Dahlgren; seven grandchildren, Johnathan Leuellen, Jasmine Szarek and husband Frankie, Davey Wilson, Veronica Gay, Balee Gay, Mathew Owen and Ali Owen; and his aunt and uncle, Doris Mallory and Charlie Calvin Mallory.
