    3. Thanks Gail: Does anyone have access to the 1935 marriages in Franklin Co?. Maybe Otha Hutchcraft was divorced from Ellen Harrelson. I noticed that Charles has brothers listed by the surname of Parker, whose children were they??? I believe I must have gotten this marriage record of Otha to Geraldine Baumgarte from Franklin Co. Can't find my source on it.
