MCLEANSBORO, Ill. - Charles Wilburn Wheeler, 84, died Jan. 10, 2010, in Wilmington. He was a retired correctional officer at Joliet Correctional Center. Surviving are wife, Mildred; sons, Kenneth and Charles; daughter, Susan Friedman; and sister, Teresa Bluett. Burial is pending. Gholson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
