There are a few records online at the FamilySearch that are recent additions I think or the are new online to me. I wish there were more available. I agree. I do not feel terribly comfortable with Mormon reasons for being interested in genealogy (namely post-death baptism into the LDS faith), but I do appreciate the results of their efforts. I have many ancestors who were from North Carolina and Tennessee and now that they've put the microfilms of the county probate records of these two states online, it's made my job so much easier. No longer do I have to order films and drive 25 miles to the nearest FHC to view them. I can do it all from my home computer. The Hamilton Co. clerk is showing terrible judgement. His/her actions reek of religious intolerance. I hope there are paper copies of the Hamilton Co. records stored in other places.
