ELDORADO, ILL. - Kathleen Gray, 88, of Eldorado, passed away at 5:17 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at Ferrell Hospital. Kathleen was born in Eldorado on Dec. 16, 1923, a daughter of the late Florence (Kimbro) and Leslie Leibenguth. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Eldorado. She and her husband owned and operated Gray's Laundry for over 37 years. She was the wife of Franklin Gray of 66 years, who survives. In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter, Judy (Dale) Burzynski of Benton; grandson, Adam (Kristen) Nagreski of Johnston City; a sister, Peggy (Edward) Kertis of Dandridge, Tenn.; a brother, Don (Shirley) Leibenguth of Eldorado; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Hall; and a brother, Wayne Leibenguth. Funeral service will be at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, with Robert Coburn officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Hill Cemetery in Broughton.
