    3. List, This is long so get a cup of coffee and put your feet up. This contains data for the SURNAMES: GAMMON PENNINGTON TROTTER GARRISON WARFIELD LANE (Moses Lane's line) and HALL (William m. a WARFIELD???). After I responded to Lynda's email on my lines from Macon Co., TN, several people contacted me and several are from the same surnames. Therefore, I am returning this info to the list to help others that might be of interest. Lynda (Lane Miller) asked if anyone has families that came from TN. As for the William HALL line you are interested, send a query here. There are several HaLL researchers that may have this (Trev??). I know of 12 people have been working on the HALL line and af few have lines doing it for over 3 generations. To date, no one has been able to 'prove' how your William Hall ties into ours. Again, Trev, can you help here? I do know most of the info on your LANE, HALL, and MILLER lines are found in Hamilton Co. Not sure about your GAMMON line. If you know who Mary Ann E.E. Gammon's parents were, I will be able to help you more. IF she is off of William and Agnes GAMMON: William and Agnes were born in TN (not sure of where). Two of their boys, William and Levi, went born in Macon Co., TN and settled in Wayne Co., IL, near the county line of Wayne and Hamilton (Wayne City to Big Mound area). This explains why you'll find GAMMON info in Wayne and Hamilton counties. The other surnames you are seeking can be found in Wayne Co. and those surnames are: TROTTER, GARRISON, GAMMON (??), and PENNINGTON. See more below but when you are ready, here's the url for Wayne Co: http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilwayne Your Isham (Isom) Trotter and Nancy Warfield, I have: His parents were: f. William Joseph TROTTER (1765 Scotland - 1831 Wayne Co., IL) m. Sarah King (1765 - 1821 Wayne Co., IL) Most likely Wm and Sarah were buried in the TROTTER Cem (and that is what started it). If so, there is no stone for either to be found today. For more info on this 'swampy, loaded with copperhead and blue racer snakes', and the stones that are left, read the info on the Wayne Co. site, as: 1. scroll down to Items Submitted and click on cemeteries. 2. scroll down and click on Trotter. LANE, Moses, we have contacted each other on this line. I can not help you with more since it is not my direct line so I don't have the answers you want. My HALL line married into your LANE line and we went over that. Let me know what other names you are looking for. If I don't have the info I may know of someone that does. Thanks!
