Thomas Jefferson Allen, son of William Blackard Ward Allen and Katherine Davis, b. 12 Nov 1865, probably Hamilton Co., IL and died 11 Apr 1929 in Hamilton Co., IL. Buried in Old Hickory Hill Cemetery, Hamilton Co., IL. He married Mintis Sneed about 1887. She was born in 1865. They had the following children: Elmer, Marion, and Amos.
